I'm currently working on my master thesis in the FWF-Project "Temperature-induced aggregation of young honeybees: Individual behaviour vs. collective behaviour" which is hosted by the Artificial Life Lab. My research target is the investigation of basic behavioural parameters of young honeybees, the knowledge of which is indispensable for the parameterization of realistic models of honeybee swarms. My focus is on the development of control software for the experimental environment and for automatic recording and evaluation (visual tracking) of experimental data.
